Flu vaccination campaign launched

The Department for Health and Social Care (DHSC) has launched a new campaign encouraging people with long-term health conditions to get their flu vaccination this winter. 

The campaign highlights that those with conditions such as heart, kidney and lung disease, diabetes, neurological conditions and immunosuppression are at greater risk of serious illness from flu. Vaccination is free for eligible groups and can be booked via the NHS website, NHS app or by calling 119.
