The Emergency Services Show returned to the Cotswolds Airfield at Kemble for the second year on Sunday 16th September 2018. This year the Show was blessed with better weather meaning that nearly 18,000 people attended throughout the day. People came from across Wiltshire, Swindon and from much further afield too. With the venue being situated on the Wiltshire / Gloucestershire border, it was great to see so many neighbours from Gloucestershire. The safety messages are universal to everyone.
In its 10th anniversary year, the Emergency Services Show continues to draw large crowds of people from across Wiltshire, Swindon and much further afield too. More than ten thousand spectators made their way to Hullavington Airfield near Chippenham on Sunday 13th September 2015 to attend the Show despite a forecast for some early September inclement weather which, fortunately, didn’t materialise!
Wiltshire & Swindon LRF was pleased to be displaying at this year’s Emergency Services Show held on Sunday 8th September. Despite a few rogue showers, approximately 15,000 members of the public made their way to Hullavington Airfield near Chippenham to see the work of the local emergency services at close hand.

On Tuesday 12th March 2013, Wiltshire Council held its annual Gala Awards Dinner. This is a grand occasion where the Council recognises the achievements of its staff in the previous twelve months.
